Dataset that supports the implementation of the event-triggered MINFLUX method and supports the findings in the manuscript: "Event-triggered MINFLUX microscopy: smart microscopy to catch and follow rare events" (Jonatan Alvelid, Agnes Koerfer, Christian Eggeling, preprint: https://doi.org/10.1101/2025.08.27.672674). The data files are organized according to the various experiments performed for application of the method. References to the specific figures in the manuscript that uses the different data is provided in the info file. The readme file states how the data is organized and how to read the data.
The scripts provided at https://github.com/jonatanalvelid/etMINFLUX-analysis-public (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.16967493) have been used for image and data handling, and data analysis of the here provided dataset.
